Junior Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Coordinator to support the Procurement team in ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations that contribute to the Group’s business objectives and cost optimization initiatives.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role will support the execution of Qualco Group’s procurement activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely and effective procurement processes.

The role’s responsibilities include:

• Support business units in identifying and managing procurement needs;
• Ensure that procurement activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers and service providers;
• Participate in tender processes
