CDL-A Load Adjust Operator Location: Fort Worth, TX Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Pay: $26.00/hour, with higher pay depending on experience Schedule: 40 hours guaranteed weekly; average of 60+ hours, with some weeks reaching 70 hours Availability: On-call 24/7, including weekends and holidays Benefits: Full benefits package Position Overview We are seeking a CDL-A Load Adjust Operator to support railroad emergency response and field operations. This hands-on position involves transporting equipment, operating heavy machinery, and assisting with load transfers, derailment recovery, railcar repairs, and track maintenance or construction. Driving is only one part of the role. Employees also perform physical fieldwork, operate construction equipment when qualified, maintain equipment, and complete safety training during downtime. Candidates must be comfortable responding to emergencies on short notice and working extended hours as operational needs require.
