Painting/Loading Lead Location: Cocoa, Florida Hourly Rate: Starts at $30.00/Hour (Higher rate available depending on Experience) Shift: First Shift with oversight responsibilities for possible Second Shift    Company Overview:   A leading structural steel fabrication company is seeking a motivated and experienced Paint/Blast/Loading Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of our painting and loading operations while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.   Position Summary:   The Paint/Blast/Loading Lead will oversee painting, sand blasting, and loading operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules. This individual will work closely with management and other departments to coordinate operations, train team members, and maintain compliance with all safety and quality protocols. The role requires strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing daily activities and achieving operational goals.
