Structural Steel Shop Foreman – 2nd Shift Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Starting Pay: $32/hour — higher pay available based on experience Shift Differential: Additional $3/hour for 2nd shift MUST HAVE: Structural steel fabrication industry experience and prior Foreman or leadership experience. Position Overview Lead second-shift operations in a structural steel fabrication shop, overseeing employees, production activities, equipment, materials, and daily workflow. The Foreman will help keep fabrication on schedule while maintaining safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
