Track Operations Manager Location: Taneytown, MD Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Salary: $100,000/year, with higher salary available depending on experience CDL: Non-CDL position; Class A or B CDL preferred Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Track Operations Manager to provide leadership and field support for railroad operations involving track maintenance, derailment response, specialty lifting, railcar work, and heavy equipment. This is a hands-on management role suited for someone who is comfortable leading field teams, making decisions in fast-moving situations, and maintaining high safety and performance standards. The position works closely with Supervisors, crews, customers, and other field partners.
