Structural Steel Parts & Plates Foreman Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Shift: 2nd Shift Starting Rate: $39.00/hour + $3.00 2nd shift differential (higher depending on experience) Requirements Must have structural steel fabrication industry experience. Must have previous leadership or foreman experience. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Parts & Plates Foreman to lead second-shift fabrication operations. This hands-on leadership role oversees shop employees, production activities, materials, equipment, scheduling, quality, and delivery requirements while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
