Structural Steel Fabrication Foreman – 2nd Shift Location: York, PA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Shift: 2nd Shift; overtime and Saturdays as needed Pay Rate: Starting at $39.00/hour; higher depending on experience, plus a $3.00/hour 2nd-shift differential. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced structural steel fabrication foreman to lead second-shift shop operations. This role oversees employees, equipment, materials, production schedules, quality control, and deliveries. Candidates must have hands-on structural steel fabrication industry experience and previous leadership or foreman experience.
