Structural Steel Plant Manager – Gallaway, TN Job Type: Direct Hire Location: Gallaway, TN Starting Salary: $80,000/year — higher depending on experience Position Overview We are seeking a Structural Steel Plant Manager to lead fabrication operations across two nearby facilities operating on two shifts. This position provides hands-on leadership to production supervisors and is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, high-quality operations while keeping production and shipping schedules on track. The ideal candidate brings extensive structural steel fabrication experience, knowledge of AISC and AWS standards, familiarity with coating requirements, and a strong background leading complex fabrication operations.
