Structural Steel Fitter Location: Cocoa, FL Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift Pay Rate: Up to $26.00/hour, depending on experience 2nd Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Steel Fitter to join our team. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and preparing materials, and fitting, aligning, and assembling steel components to meet precise specifications. Structural steel fitting experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with transferable experience in fitting, fabrication, metalworking, or similar manufacturing roles are encouraged to apply. This is an entirely shop-based position. No travel or fieldwork is required.
