Track Operations Manager

Assistant Manager – Field Operations Location: Kansas City, MO Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Salary: $100,000/year (Higher salary available depending on experience) CDL: Non-CDL position; Class A or B preferred Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Assistant Manager to help lead field operations supporting emergency derailment response, specialty lifting, railcar repair, and track maintenance projects. This role provides hands-on leadership in fast-paced, time-sensitive field environments. You will support Supervisors, ensure safe and efficient project execution, work directly with customers, and assist with problem-solving and emergency service operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in field operations, is committed to safety, and can effectively manage teams and projects in demanding environments.
