SAP Business Analyst - Health

Our client URGENTLY requires a SAP Business Analyst - Health for 4 months + Contracts in Brisbane.

The SAP Business Analyst - Health will lead the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes for a large-scale ICT Operating Model renewal. As an SAP Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in a major corporate enterprise SAP re-platforming program. This is a high-level strategic role focused on business transformation, requiring a professional who can navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate intricate business needs into fit-for-purpose functional solutions.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Strong background with large-scale enterprise SAP S/4HANA (Finance/Business/Logistics), SAP ECC HR/Payroll, or Infor WFM solutions.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within large-scale business transformation and workplace change, preferably in a health environment.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and process research.
• High-level negotiation, consultation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Resilience, initiative, and the ability to maintain performance under pressure.

Government and/or Health experience would be highly advantageous.
