Director, Strategy Planning and Execution - 945

We are seeking a Director, Strategy Planning and Execution to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. The Director, Planning & Execution is responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving Quantinuum's enterprise planning and strategy execution framework. Working in partnership with the VP Corporate Strategy and Executive leaders, the role ensures corporate strategy is translated into integrated business plans, prioritised portfolios, measurable objectives, and disciplined execution across hardware, software, services, commercial, and business functions.  The role is accountable for establishing the governance, operating rhythms, performance management systems, and execution disciplines required to deliver Quantinuum's strategic objectives at scale.  Key responsibilities  Enterprise Planning & Governance Authority: Design, lead and serve as the enterprise authority for Quantinuum’s enterprise planning framework, including the annual and multi-year business planning process, ensuring alignment between strategy, financial plans, and operational commitments across all functions.
