Manager of People Analytics & Workforce Reporting - 941

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused leader to serve as Manager of People Analytics & Workforce Reporting, responsible for leading Quantinuum's workforce reporting, people analytics, data governance, and executive workforce insights.   This role serves as the steward of HR data and reporting, transforming workforce information into actionable business intelligence that enables leaders to make informed decisions. The successful candidate will partner across HR, Finance, and the business to improve reporting capabilities, strengthen data quality, and build scalable analytics solutions that support organizational growth.   This an onsite role based in Broomfield, CO. Quantinuum believes that employees work better, more efficiently and more collaboratively in close proximity to other employees, where ideas can be exchanged readily, and decisions can be made more quickly for the benefit of the Company and our customers. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week, with approvals.
