Mechanical Engineering Intern for Photonics Physics Package R&D - 996

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern for Photonics Physics Package R&D in our Broomfield, CO location to support trapped-ion integrated photonics R&D team. Our diverse team of engineers and scientists develops optics and integrated photonics technologies that enable scaling of our trapped-ion quantum computers from our current 98-qubit Helios system to our future Lumos system with hundreds of thousands of qubits. The data, designs, and expertise from our group inform our next-generation systems, from the overall architecture to the tiniest of details. We are looking for more collaborative engineers and scientists to join our cross-disciplinary team.
