In this role you will own and drive Quantinuum’s corporate strategy, translating complex quantum innovation into clear strategic choices, aligned priorities, and executable plans across hardware, software, services, commercial, and business (sales, marketing) functions ensuring long-term ambition is converted into measurable business outcomes, disciplined resource allocation, and durable market leadership.  Key responsibilities: Strategy Development (STRAP) Process Leadership: Own the end-to-end STRAP process and be accountable for delivering a clear, multi-year corporate strategy with explicit choices, integrated priorities, and outcome-linked plans across hardware, software, services, commercial, and business (sales, marketing) functions.
