VP Talent and Organization Capability - 955

We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP Talent and Organization Capability to lead Quantinuum’s global talent strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, learning and development, and talent reviews. This executive leader will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive talent management strategy that strengthens organizational capability, accelerates leadership readiness, and enables business growth across our global workforce. The VP, Talent Management will partner closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to develop scalable talent solutions that support organizational priorities and foster a high-performance culture. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future workforce of a rapidly growing company comprised of highly specialized scientists, engineers, researchers, and technology professionals.
