Senior Director, Technical Solutions - Quantum

Join Quantinuum as the Senior Director of Technical Solutions, where you'll lead our Solutions Architecture Team and Technical Sales Solutions Specialist to develop innovative technical strategies that drive customer engagement and align with business objectives  The Senior Director, Technical Solutions is responsible for leading Quantinuum's customer-facing technical organization, comprising both the Solutions Architecture and Technical Sales Solutions Specialist teams.  This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and technical direction across the entire customer solutions lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and use case identification through solution design, project scoping, delivery support, and value realization.   The Senior Director ensures both teams operate as a coordinated function that enables commercial growth while maintaining technical excellence and alignment with Quantinuum's research and product roadmap.
