Bid & Proposal Manager (m/f/d)

As a Bid & Proposal Manager, you will be part of our growing Bid & Proposal Management Center of Excellence, supporting Quantum Systems entities and teams globally. Quantum Systems is a multi-domain system house for unmanned technologies across air, land, sea and space. As we pursue ambitious growth targets, the complexity of identifying opportunities, qualifying tenders, developing competitive proposals and managing bids across markets, entities and domains continues to increase.

Together with a team of currently seven colleagues in Germany, you will help shape and scale our global Bid & Proposal Management approach. This includes leading complex international bids and working closely with Sales, Solution, Product, Finance and other stakeholders. At the same time, you will help improve the way we work through global standards, reusable content, digital workflows, automation and data-driven performance management.
