Learning Experience Architect (m/f/d)
About the role:
As a Learning Experience Architect at Quantum Systems, you will work with our Training & Demo Team to shape learning around our unmanned systems (UxS). You will help our international customers and employees understand complex technology and use it safely.
You will define the instructional approach for our training portfolio and support its implementation. Working with trainers and subject matter experts, you will digitize and scale existing training and develop new offerings. You will combine digital learning with practical exercises and assess how well learners can apply what they have learned.
You will have the freedom to take your ideas from concept to launch and put your own stamp on UxS training at Quantum Systems. Your work will improve the technical and instructional quality of our training and make its impact measurable.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
You will design modular learning paths that combine digital self-study with instructor-led training and simulator exercises.
You will turn technical expertise into interactive learning modules and assessments and coordinate media production.
