Quality Engineer (m/f/d) - UGV
As a Quality Engineer - UGV (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the further development and maintenance of the quality management system within our unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) production facility in Göppingen. You will drive sustainable quality improvements across the entire production process and play a key role in transforming our LAND production from a prototype-focused environment into a robust, repeatable, and scalable serial manufacturing operation.
You will work closely with Production, Industrialization, Engineering, Testing, and Logistics teams, continuously improving inspection plans and quality processes while actively contributing your expertise to root-cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve inspection plans, quality inspection instructions (QI), and quality processes for Mandrill UGVs and future LAND platforms.
Conduct root-cause analyses (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) for quality deviations and derive sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
