Senior CRM (HubSpot) & Marketing Automation Expert (m/f/d)

As a Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Expert, you will be responsible for the continuous development of Quantum Systems' global CRM and marketing automation capabilities. You will further develop HubSpot, optimize customer journeys, improve lead generation, and establish data-driven marketing processes. You will work across Marketing and Sales to build a scalable growth engine. As the organization continues to grow, this role offers a development path into a team lead position.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Own and continuously develop HubSpot as the global CRM platform.

• Design, implement and optimize marketing automation workflows.

• Create scalable lead nurturing, scoring and lifecycle programs.

• Support the Events and communications teams with CRM activities.

• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to measure marketing performance and ROI in HubSpot and Power BI.

• Work closely with Website, Content and Social Media specialists to improve digital customer journeys.

• Collaborate with Sales, Program and Product Management to increase lead quality and conversion
