Team Lead Land Production (m/f/d) - UGV
As a Teamlead Land Production - UGV, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of your shift team within our unmanned ground systems (UGV) production facility in Göppingen. You will ensure that production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are consistently met, directly supporting the transition from prototype manufacturing to a robust, repeatable, and scalable serial production environment.
You will lead your team hands-on on the shop floor while working closely with Production Planning, Industrialization, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics. In this role, you will ensure strict adherence to approved work and inspection instructions and actively contribute shop floor feedback to continuous improvement initiatives.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
Lead and manage the production team on your shift, including workforce planning and skills management.
Ensure the achievement of shift targets related to production rate, quality, safety, and delivery performance.
Assign and prioritize work orders according to the production plan and current capacity.
