Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own and scale Quillbot's affiliate growth program end to end. You will drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation across a network of 2,000+ partners spanning product reviewers, comparison sites, creators, cashback platforms, and verified communities. You will optimize program performance, manage commercial terms, oversee quality control, and use structured analysis to improve CAC, ROAS, and partner ROI.
