Senior Systems Engineer (Southeast Region) - Hybrid Cloud Storage

About the role:
This is a senior technical resource for customer engagements across multiple industries and use-cases at Qumulo. You'll partner with Sales and customers across the full sales cycle, from discovery through proof-of-concept, designing file storage and data management architectures for a range of workloads and environments.
The work is hands-on with infrastructure teams, storage administrators, architects, and application owners. You'll translate business and technical requirements into solutions that perform at scale across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud, covering file services, backup and archive, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud-adjacent workloads.
This role will be supporting our Southeast Region with a preference for candidates located within TN, GA, or FL.
Responsibilities:
Own the technical relationship on customer opportunities, from discovery and demos through POCs and architecture sign-off
Partner with account teams to qualify deals and shape technical strategies for unstructured data, performance, scale, and hybrid cloud needs
