【About the Role】

We're looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts and help establish Raccoon AI as a leading brand in AI-powered customer service and digital workforce solutions. Success in this role means strengthening our brand presence, growing our influence across international markets, and building the foundation for scalable demand generation as we grow. This role will own brand strategy, market positioning, international marketing initiatives, and future demand generation programs. You'll work closely with leadership, product, and sales teams to drive business growth while growing and developing a marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience marketing B2B SaaS products, communicates confidently with global audiences, and enjoys building from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment. Whether you've already led a marketing function or are ready to take on broader ownership, you'll thrive in this role if you enjoy creating meaningful impact and growing alongside the business.
