Senior Clinical Director of Residential Services
The expected salary range for this position is based on several factors including market, funding, candidates experience level, skills, training, and related knowledge. Our ranges are developed and published as good faith estimates for the position.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $138,000+ | Office benefit package (Parking/Remote Expenses)
The Senior Clinical Director of Residential Services will provide professional, quality program services to the clients served by RADIAS Health in our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs and Crisis. The Sr. Clinical Director will provide strategic clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, accessible services across the residential services programs. Perform responsible administrative and clinical supervisory work. Work involves the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of program policies and procedures as directed by state, federal and administrative codes, as well as professional practice standards. Work is performed with latitude for independent judgment, and action is reviewed by the Chief Clinical Officer through conferences, reports and observation of results obtained
