Treatment Director
The expected salary range for this position is based on several factors including market, funding, candidates experience level, skills, training, and related knowledge. Our ranges are developed and published as good faith estimates for the position.
Salary Range: $89,600 - $104,000 | Office benefit package (Parking/Remote Expenses): $80/Month Subject to change
The Treatment Director will provide professional, quality program services to the clients served by ReEntry House IRTS and works with other members of the team to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining an optimum quality of life consistent with client needs and preferences. The work uses evidence-based practices adopted for the agency and the client's specific needs. The emphasis is placed on working with clients in community settings and directly providing the services necessary to assist clients in achieving their goals.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Residential Treatment and Supportive Housing, this position is responsible for administrative and clinical supervisory work. The work involves the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of program policies and procedures as directed by state, federal and administrative codes, as well as professional practice standards.
