Join the Opening Team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah!
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building business? We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join the opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in positioning a new hotel in the market. You will lead the hotel's sales strategy, develop key accounts and partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue across corporate, leisure, groups and Meetings & Events segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the hotel's sales strategy in line with overall commercial objectives.
- Lead, motivate and develop the Sales team to achieve individual and hotel revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, DMCs, government entities and other key business partners.
- Manage key accounts and conduct regular sales calls, client visits and market activities.
- Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise business opportunities and hotel performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent Radisson Hotel Fujairah at industry events, networking opportunities, trade shows and sales activities.
- Play an active role in establishing the hotel's commercial presence and account base during the pre-opening phase.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably as a Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and key business segments.
- A well-established network of corporate, travel trade and industry contacts is an advantage.
- Strong business development, negotiation and account management skills.
- Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of hotel revenue and market performance.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE and pre-opening hotel experience are highly desirable.
