Your future responsibilities:

• Design and develop conversational AI and agentic solutions for mobile banking customer support
• Build AI orchestration and dialogue flows integrating multiple specialized AI agents and backend capabilities
• Integrate AI agents using A2A (Agent2Agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions using different retrieval strategies, knowledge sources and vector databases
• Build search and reasoning graphs for multi-step customer request resolution
• Integrate AI solutions with banking APIs and customer data, ensuring secure and controlled access
• Develop microservices and REST APIs supporting AI and agent workflow
