As Supervisor Planning, you will lead and coordinate the Planning function for Rail Force One Germany. You will translate commercial requirements and confirmed customer orders into feasible operational train plans and ensure that the required driver capacity is available. Together with your team and the relevant departments, you will develop forward-looking capacity plans and ensure a clear and reliable handover of planned services to the operational organisation. Throughout your work, you will balance safety, quality, cost efficiency and customer requirements.
