Rapyuta Robotics, an ETH Zurich spinoff headquartered in Tokyo, operates with the goal of making robots more accessible to anyone in the logistics industry. Guided by our core value of Empathy, we aim to automate work that is physically demanding, unsafe, or repetitive so that people can take on more intellectual and creative challenges. Role and Responsibilities
As VP of Corporate Finance, you will lead Rapyuta Robotics’ corporate finance function with a primary focus on equity financing and capital strategy. You will own fundraising from planning through execution — building relationships with venture capital firms, private equity funds, and other institutional investors in Japan and overseas — while providing leadership and high-level oversight to the accounting, legal, and IPO preparation members of the team.
