Location: Cambridge, UK (this role will be office based a minimum of 3 days per week)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 p.a. - Full-time equivalent, dependent on experience
Basis: Fixed-term contract (14 months), Full-time, part-time, or flexible
Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UK

The role

We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Business Partner to join the Raspberry Pi Foundation's People and Culture team to help us realise our ambitious plans for expanding our impact around the world. 

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture and working with colleagues from across the organisation, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from the attraction of candidates to the induction of new colleagues. 

You will support recruitment in all markets in which we employ people, including India, Ireland, Kenya, the UK and US. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter who has a passion for delivering great candidate experience and supporting hiring managers to hire top talent. 

This is a fixed-term contract to provide cover for a colleague who is due to go on family leave. The contract period has been extended to provide ample opportunity for handover at each end of the contract.
