The Head of Controllership & Accounting provides strategic and operational leadership across RCX Sports’ accounting and financial reporting functions. This role owns the close process, financial reporting, cash and working capital management, internal controls, audit readiness, and finance systems optimization. The position will lead the continued development of scalable processes, reporting, and technology that support company growth, sound decision-making, and consistent employee experience.

As a key Finance leader, this role partners with business leaders across the organization to strengthen financial performance, improve data quality, and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and banking requirements. The role also leads accounting team development and supports M&
