The Role:

Read AI is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build the system that turns millions of new accounts into activated, retained, and expanding customers.

This is not an email-production role. You'll own the strategy, infrastructure, programs, experimentation, and measurement behind onboarding, activation, feature discovery, habit formation, monetization, reactivation, renewal, and expansion. Acquisition and product-led distribution are already there; the opportunity is to use behavioral context and timely communication to get users to value
