The Role:
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the live meeting and capture experience. Users should understand whether Read is working without having to monitor it, know what to do when something goes wrong, and feel confident that Read’s presence is appropriate for everyone in the room—including people who never signed up for the product.
Most AI products assume the user is looking directly at them. This role asks a harder question: how can AI add value while staying secondary to the people in the conversation?
