Position Overview

The Credit Specialist will serve as the go-to technical reference for credit policy design and decisioning across RecargaPay's Loans and CCRP portfolios — an individual contributor role with high strategic impact, translating data, regulatory constraints, and business strategy into policies that run at scale. We're looking for someone who combines sharp analytical thinking with a strong drive to execute: someone who builds the frameworks, tests the hypotheses, and owns outcomes end-to-end, with the autonomy to add value across both products.
