In-House Counsel, Americas
Boston, MA | Hybrid, 2–3 days per week in the office
Recorded Future is seeking an In-House Counsel to support our business across the Americas, including North America, LATAM, and Public Sector customers, from SMB through Strategic accounts.
You’ll help move customer agreements forward, starting with quote approvals and existing-customer contracts and progressing into new-business negotiations. You’ll also gain exposure to vendor, procurement, and marketing matters, collaborate with Mastercard’s legal specialists, and have room to improve processes and develop interests in areas such as AI and privacy.
What You'll Do:
- Review and approve sales quotes, ensuring accurate terms and alignment with company guidelines.
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, including order forms, MSAs, amendments, DPAs, and security and AI addenda.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to resolve commercial requests and improve contracting responsiveness.&
