Guest Relations & Concierge Manager

We are a growing luxury hospitality business working with a collection of private villas in Bingin and Uluwatu.

We are looking for a proactive, organized and commercially minded Guest Relations & Concierge Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, professionally develop concierge services and establish strong partnerships with trusted local suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication via Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com and WhatsApp.

• Coordinate guest arrivals, check-ins, check-outs and special requests.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure excellent follow-up.

• Independently develop and manage concierge services, including private chefs, airport transfers, massages, tours and special experiences.

• Identify, select and negotiate with reliable external suppliers.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing and excellent service quality.

• Proactively promote concierge services and generate additional revenue.
