Director of Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Position Overview

The Director of Finance, FP&A is a revenue-focused finance leader responsible for forecasting, modeling, and analyzing revenue performance across products, customers, and go-to-market motions. This role requires payments industry experience and the ability to translate revenue and customer economics into clear business insights. The Director will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, support key business decisions, and manage a Senior-level analyst.

Primary Responsibilities

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead revenue planning, budgeting and forecasting across all products and go-to-market motions.
• Build revenue models using current trends, KPIs, and operating metrics to forecast future performance.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to translate budget assumptions into revenue targets, sales capacity needs, and achievable growth expectations.
