The Lead, Growth Marketing owns the Redis digital surface for both agents and humans. This includes the website, SEO, answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization, conversion-rate optimization, and the measurement system that connects discovery to pipeline, account creation, and activation.

Your central challenge is to streamline agent-led growth: making Redis easy for agents to discover, understand, recommend, evaluate, and select while ensuring the same digit
