Automation Analyst II

Redwood Credit Union is seeking an Automation Analyst II, who will be responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of advanced enterprise automation solutions that leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-driven workflows, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. This role serves as a technical leader in automation initiatives, focusing heavily on integrating AI capabilities such as Copilot agents, intelligent document processing, decisioning, and natural language interfaces into business workflows. The Automation Analyst II partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to identify automation opportunities, architect intelligent solutions, and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable automations across the organization. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business process understanding, and operates with minimal supervision.   Key Responsibilities Advanced Automation Analysis & Solution Design: o Lead end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives, including process discovery, feasibility analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. o Analyze complex business processes and independently evaluate and recommend AI-first and automation-first solutions, incorporating Microsoft Copilot agents, AI prompts and orchestration, RPA (UiPath preferred), workflow and API-based integrations. o Serve as a subject matter expert for intelligent automation, mentoring Autom
