Business Efficiency Analyst II

Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Business Efficiency Analyst II plays a key role in efficiency projects across Redwood Credit Union, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure Members are served more consistently and efficiently, while still providing personalized service and solutions. You will use your understanding of business processes and technology, critical thinking skills, and ability to collaborate with a diverse set of business partners to design, develop, and deliver solutions for Members, teammates, and communities served.   Key Responsibilities Process Analysis and Design: o Conduct observations and interviews with process performers and owners to gather experiential information about as-is processes. o Partner with the data team to gather quantitative information about as-is processes. o Lead collaborative workshops with key stakeholders to document end-to-end as-is processes, internal/external pain points, and desired outcomes for optimization and automation. o Use Lean principles to provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements o Document to-be processes and partner with business leadership to implement. o Develop success metrics and monitoring procedures for quantifying improvement process improvement benefits. o Identify technology gaps and automation opportunities in existing processes.
