Payments Product Specialist

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Payments Product Specialist who will manage and optimize Redwood Credit Union's payment products and services with a focus on driving Member adoption, portfolio growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional Member experiences. This results-driven team member will support the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing management of debit cards, credit cards, digital wallets, person-to-person and account-to-account payments, real-time payments, card controls, rewards, and emerging payment technologies. The Payments Product Specialist will leverage data analytics, market intelligence, and Member insights to identify opportunities for growth, improve product performance, and enhance product delivery.
