UX Designer

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a UX Designer, who will deliver high-quality, user-centered digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with Redwood Credit Union’s brand and business goals. Serve as the subject matter expert responsible for the planning, governance and continuous improvement of RCU’s digital user experience across internal and external platforms. Independently evaluate, define and govern the evolution of end-to-end experiences across RCU’s digital platforms, translating user needs, business requirements, regulatory considerations and technical constraints into strategic and scalable solutions that support enterprise objectives.   This role is accountable for exercising independent judgement on matters of significance to drive measurable improvements in usability, engagement, and overall quality of assigned digital experiences and journeys.
