Accelerative Success. Redwood Strategy Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Defense Contract Audit Agency’s (DCAA) Financial Common Operating Picture (FCOP) Phase III initiative. This key role will drive program and project success, with a primary focus on financial and asset management, project execution, audit readiness, and the enhancement of business procedures and reporting. The program supports audit readiness, financial data integrity, and digital transformation across the DCAA enterprise, helping to build and maintain an accurate, reliable, timely, and auditable financial environment.  Our client is a specialized management consulting firm that engages experienced professionals and consultants to support the federal government with strategic project execution, financial process optimization, automation, and advanced data analytics.
