Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Company: Reed Belfast

Location: First Floor, 14 Great Victoria St, Belfast BT2 7BA

Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period

Salary: £27,500 -£39,500 (dependent on recruitment experience) + Uncapped Commission

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client and candidate relationships while growing your specialist market.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing new business and growing client accounts

• Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates

• Negotiating terms and managing the recruitment process

• Driving revenue growth across your desk
