The Opportunity

At PENN., great product starts with understanding our customer — what she wants, what inspires her, and what will make her come back.

As a Merchandise Buyer, Footwear you’ll help shape assortments that bring our brand vision to life while delivering strong commercial results. You’ll combine your eye for fashion and emerging trends with a strong understanding of sales, margin and customer insights to make smart product decisions throughout the season.

Reporting to the Director, Merchandising, you’ll work closely with Design, Planning & Allocation, Sourcing, Marketing and Visual Merchandising to build and commercialize assortments that are relevant, in
