Bilingual PMO Support Specialist (English/Spanish)

The PMO Support Specialist is the operational backbone of RELEX's Global Project Management Office. This role owns the setup, maintenance, and lifecycle administration of customer project infrastructure across our core delivery toolchain — primarily Jira, OpenAir, and Smartsheet — enabling project managers, consultants, and delivery leaders to operate efficiently from project kick-off through to continuous service handover.

Acting as the primary support interface for delivery teams globally, including our Spanish-speaking markets across Latin America and Spain, the PMO Support Specialist resolves tooling requests, maintains data integrity across systems, and drives process improvements to reduce manual overhead at scale.
