As a Client Services Representative, you are responsible for validation and maintenance of critical provider information in the system. This includes performing online research and/or conducting phone calls to obtain/verify information on file. You will also assist Senior Client Services representatives with client/administration requests.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform research internally and externally (via internet) to obtain supporting information within the Data Management department.
- Have the ability to identify information by categorizing and recognizing differences and similarities.
- Interact with providers to obtain and verify necessary information.
- Work assigned provider data queues.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our various products.
