Job Description Summary:

 

 

Summary of Duties: Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Learning and keeping up to date on the latest product functionality, dependencies, underlying architecture and their operational impact. Supporting, enhancing and fixing solutions that support a rapidly growing business at a massive scale. Researching and developing solutions for customer support cases using extensive product knowledge and troubleshooting techniques. Conferring with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Providing input on product and service-related enhancement requests back to Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams. Sharing and developing best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support and contribute to the knowledge base. Consulting with customers about software system design and maintenance. P
